Ken and Jack was a pleasure to work with, Ken was with me through the whole process.I was very surprised with the liens that was on my property,they really felt my hurt and pain...they were very genuine,They did everything they could to help me.I really feel like they care about people and not just the bottom line...they're a company with a heart❤️ If you want to sell your property as is I recommend them!

I was very skeptical about finding a trustworthy company to buy my rental property in Saint Charles, especially since I don’t live there. However, I have to say this company was truly fair with me. They offered a price I liked, and after a short negotiation, we quickly reached an agreement. If I could, I would give them 6 stars

What can I say about how great Doctor Home is? Jack was super nice and understood my situation. He made me a fair offer and closed on my timetable. Jack and his team were very friendly and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They showed up on time, which is hard to find nowadays! All in all, I was happy with the whole process and I recommend everyone can feel comfortable with selling their house to them.

Definitely recommended! The process is just so easy and fast and they are honest! (Especially Yuli) If you have a property and you want to sell it they will definitely make it effortless and fast. Was definitely the right pick for me!

I highly recommend this company if you want to sell your home quickly without the usual hassles and for a very fair price! Marketing, communication, feedback, and fast replies to all questions were excellent. They did all the work and all they promised to do and more.
