Good, kind and patient doctor overall, I have been seeing doctor lau for many years.
They provide horrible service. Dr. Henry Lau doesn’t actually care for his patients. Even with a booked appointment you’re waiting 30 min to see him. He sees you for 2 min and quickly gets you out of the office. Their hours are horrible and expect clients to accommodate to the 3/4 days they are open like people don’t have a 9-5 job. Their service desk people don’t know anything about how to do their job
