Purchased a safety inground pool cover this Sept. and received free installation. At the time cover looked okay and we paid the balance. But now we have wrinkles and leaves stay on cover. Center of cover does not seem tight. Called and was told any adjustments to be made will have a service charge because installation was free. What does this have to do with adjustments? We are very disappointed and will not use this company for anything in the future. Very disappointed.
