Called them out for a leaking hot water heater and a clogged kitchen sink drain. They are very busy but fit us in to their schedule. Was very pleased with the job they did. They were reasonable price and very professional. Will use them again if needed!
-Called on Feb 5 for hot water tank not working. I was told it will be over a week and they set me up an apt 9 days out. -Called on Feb 10 to confirm apt -Called on Feb 13 again to confirm apt time for tomorrow -Apt was Feb 14 at noon - At 12:30 I get a text from “Stephanie” saying there stuck at a job and can’t come today. 30 minutes after they’re supposed to be there.
