Had a bunch of stuff wrong with my car couple engine lights on, brake barking at me. Aleks was able to get me in asap and had my car back end of day. Quick service, solid communication, long time local small business. Found my go to repair shop.
These guys were incredible. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and was very willing to take the time to explain to me exactly what they were doing and why, something I have found rare in automotive. Skip the dealer experience and go to these guys instead.
BEWARE!! My check engine light went on. After charging me $200 to plug a machine to see what’s wrong they quoted $500 for an oxygen sensor. Sensing this seemed a bit pricey I brought it to a friend who is a mechanic. He checked and I did not need one. If I didn’t have a friend who was kind enough to give me a second opinion I would have been out $500 for an unnecessary service. These guys are not honest, be careful!
I'm not much for social media, I'm a boomer. Enough said. I can't say enough about this shop, the dedication, curiosity and tenacity with which they approach their profession. Not only have they taken the time to educate and explain what was going on with the car to me, but I have seen them treat all customers with equal respect. They have always been straight, direct, and honest with me. I feel they have been more than fair with me. This alone wins my endorsement. Their honesty wins loyalty. Good on you! And thank you.!!
