I had seen her last week and told her I needed my prescriptions filled! she forgot to fill those?! And I called the receptionist and then the Rude nurse Rhonda, stated that she is too busy and will not ask Dr Dolly to have them refilled?! She will be liable for my health!! A very unprofessional, pathetic, doctor and nurse?!
She was very rude. She called me fat and slapped me around. Also, her accent is very hard to understand.
We went out of town for a week and my husband forgot his prescriptions. We called and asked if she would please authorize a temporary supply so he wouldn't have to go a week without his prescriptions, and she refused. Very poor patient care!
She was very attentive to my needs and helped me tremendously!
I definitely would not recommend Dr. Dolly Doctor. She game me some of her husband's pain medicine (not a prescription). She gave it to me in a baggy. Very unprofessional!
This Dr. gave me some medicine to me from her husband in a plastic baggy. I would not recommend seeing her!
