Eddie Clark from Dr. Cool/Professor Heat did a fantastic job on my A/C maintenance. He informed me of any future problems and what items I may need in the future to keep things running smoothly. I always ask for Eddie. He's amazing!

I called them for an estimate, and they quoted me a very high price, but I really needed to get it done, so I agreed. Then they started downgrading the equipment efficiency (twice) without lowering the cost. They made some claim that the higher SEER equipment was not available, but I was able to find it online at HVAC direct and available immediately. I just received a new air conditioner and new duck work from Doctor cool. Angelo originally helped me and was very professional and helpful. He explained and showed me the problems in my original unit. Nick and Melvin came out to my home for three days. I was only home for part of one day. I had extensive work done and am very happy with the results. There're attention to details and knowledge was impeccable. I highly recommend this company, Thank you for a great job.
