Called Dr Cool for estimate, He gave a range of 300.00 to 500.00 even if it took him 30min,plus he said it would be 185.00 just to look at the problem. He won't give you a hourly rate he said he charged by the job. I'm a Union electrician we are the highest paid trade In the bay area I work on the high rise building's around every Union trade you can think of and none of them make that kind of money. It's a Zline range. I paid 238.00 for the same service . If you use Dr.Cool or a fool!

What a relief to find Dr. Cool's Appliance for my mom's refrigerator repair! As others said, the vast knowledge, experience, plus honesty and old-school time to talk about the situation with a caring approach in the kitchen, as if it was his own. Highly recommend!

It’s not often you get personal service and money saving advice anymore but Dr Cool was very generous with his knowledge and after explaining an expensive repair to my whirlpool refrigerator he gave me an alternate DIY fix that I could do without him. That type of assistance gained him a customer for life. I didn’t need him to come out this time but he is permanently saved in my phone for future needs. Thank You!
