You couldn't work with nicer people than Tom and Carol. Tom can figure out and fix just about anything. If it plugs in, he can fix it. He has fixed our refrigerator, dish washer, garage opener and spa tub. And with a bright attitude so it is always a pleasure to have him help us.
Saved me a lot of money by over the phone diagnosis and shared great information going forward with refrigerator products
