Horrible staff, no even a good morning. One particular women long hair and glasses totally unprofessional and rude. The only reason I keep coming back is Dr. Castillo.
I have had a very good expiriance with this office since 2019. There is always some wait time but I am very happy with Dr Monica's visits and diagnosis. The staff is helpful and nice on the phone and in the office.
Good doctors but the staff is terrible. They don't listen to the patients and they flat out ignore everything they say. I got charged for something I didn't even need and waited hours for something that literally took 15min once they realized that they messed up.
The doctors are caring and nice but the medical assistants are the WORST! I was told 2 days in a row that they would refill my prescription "tomorrow." I called a total of 6 times in the past two days to confirm that they would send my prescription and they did not. Kathy and Gabriela are extremely unprofessional and should not be working here if they can not take the patient's needs seriously. First time this has ever happened to me.
