Dr. Carpet left a stain on my carpet. It never had a stain until they cleaned the carpet, came to clean the stain the second time it still had stain. Asked for manager to call me no response

Purchased a voucher on Groupon. They agreed to only do the services on the voucher when making the appointment. However, once they were on site, they refused to do any cleaning on the voucher, unless we pay them more money (a few hundred more). SCAM! Be aware!

Dr. Carpet was the worst. They left a stain on my bedroom carpet came to remove it and its still there. My carpet has never had a stain left when anyone has cleaned it before

I’m using Doctor Carpet for few years already and we never gonna change there services. They just cleaned our entire house and everything it’s just phenomenal. Thanks guys we appreciate your business Highly recommend
