DO NOT RECOMMEND! This company and the Groupon are a SCAM! I purchased an $80 Groupon for carpet cleaning in five rooms. When I made the appointment I was told that stain removal and stairs would be extra. Cool, no big deal. Mind you, I get my carpets cleaned once a year so I had a pretty good idea of what the extra costs would be. Dr. Carpet left a stain on my carpet. It never had a stain until they cleaned the carpet, came to clean the stain the second time it still had stain. Asked for manager to call me no response

Purchased a voucher on Groupon. They agreed to only do the services on the voucher when making the appointment. However, once they were on site, they refused to do any cleaning on the voucher, unless we pay them more money (a few hundred more). SCAM! Be aware!

Dr. Carpet was the worst. They left a stain on my bedroom carpet came to remove it and its still there. My carpet has never had a stain left when anyone has cleaned it before
