Carl and ken are both crazy. I called Carl in October 2011 and asked if they did embroidery, he got rude with me, i asked for the owner, and told him i dont like how he is being rude to a potential customer, he said he is the owner and will talk to how he likes. I looked up the company and found Ken listed so i called him, I asked if this was Ken, He said i will hear from his attorney and hung up. I took my dyson vacuum cleaner to another vacuum place to fix the roller and the clutch. When I went to the other place they tried to sell me another vacuum and told me that neither part would be covered under warrenty. I decided to try Dr. Carls and he fixed it at no cost to me becuase the parts were under warrenty. He didnt try to sell me anything and he was very fair and honest. I not only will be taking my vacuum cleaner to him from now on but I will be buying my next vacuum cleaner from him as well.!!!

Carl is fantastic, I met him in the 70s when he worked for others. I have followed him in his professional journey, and even as a professional seamstress, I would rather wait until he can fix my machine than let anyone else touch it. Today in a panic I called him he had me bring my machine right in, he looked at it, immediately and believe it or not I left with the machine working perfectly. I was willing to leave my machine and waite but it wasnt necessary. 5 Stars Carl.
