Ralphy is who I deal with and he knows what he's talking about. Great guy in general and great service always. I've been going there with both my cars for over 7 years. I have nothing negative to say about this shop. This is a true mechanic shop. They will drive your car to make sure the problem is fixed not just go by what the computer says.
Joe and Alex are great . Joe goes out of his way to make sure you know he appreciates your business. My only recommendation would be in regards to text system . I think the system is cool. Like getting appointment notices etc . I suggest that if client doesn’t respond to the tech question with in a 15-20 time , tech might want to resend text or call customer… I have been going to Joe for years and I have not 1 complaint !
When I brought my car for oil change and mass inspection to Doctor Auto, they did a thorough inspection and sent me a link to their portal. I could see a photo of my car and all parts needing to be fixed or replaced. Joe took the time to explain to me the potential impact of each part if not replaced, priority and cost. Everything urgent has been fixed in one day for an affordable price. For now on, we will bring our cars for service to Doctor Auto.
