They came and did a warranty repair on my refrigerator. They were very professional and thorough even found a broken wire while they were doing their repairs and fixed it too which probably saved me a repair down the road. Highly recommend them.
Dr. Appliance is amazing to work with. The office staff is very kind and efficient. John, our service tech was very knowledgeable, personable and informative. We had a great experience and will select them again hands down!
Very responsive to initial call. Serviceman was on time and courteous. Repair was more costly than the washer was worth, so I decided to buy a new set from them and order was processed and received in the time that they stated. Kept me informed during the process so I didn't have to guess what was going on and was able to schedule the installation ahead of time.
This young man came out to fix a unit that they had initially swapped a couple of wires on. Not a big deal, I could have fixed it myself. I called them to let them know what the issue was. This man came out to my house on a Friday night to make sure that he fixed it properly. I guarantee that they will do it right, and if anything isn't 100% they will fix it.
