Booked for home based child vaccination for my first time and had a pleasant experience with Kalai who came over. As it was my child’s first time, I was unsure what to expect. Kalai was reassuring and professional, she shared what to be prepared for (in terms of side effects) after vaccination and care tips. The vaccination was completed swiftly. My wife did a tele consult on 23/5/26 in the afternoon and the doctor was unprofessional and totally uncaring. My wife was 2 months pregnant and was feeling unwell that morning and needed a break from work. Very disappointing first time experience using Dr Anywhere. I suffered a bad gout attack which rendered me unable to walk, hence decided to try Dr Anywhere's teleconsultation service for the first time. Extremely disappointing experience with Doctor Anywhere’s home vaccination service. The overall service has been marked by poor responsiveness, weak coordination, and repeated delays. There appears to be no properly manned phone line for urgent matters, while email responses often take several days.
