I’ve decided to give 2 stars as I’ve been using Doctor Anywhere for a few years and have met some friendly and professional nurses though I can’t recall all their names. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Nurse Shareen wasn’t as pleasant. She didn’t introduce herself upon entering, came across as unfriendly, and asked a few personal questions that felt uncomfortable. She was just so cold throughout the interaction. Nurse Shareen was punctual, answered all our questions clearly and patiently, and gave valuable insights on post-vaccination care. Professional, thorough, and highly recommended!
The nurse was very patient and explained the precautions to take after the baby’s vaccination.
Nurse Shareen was very professional and detail- oriented. She gave me specific instructions and things to look out for when she came for my baby's 2nd mth assessment and vax and again at my baby's 15/16th mth vax recently. The other nurses and doctors were all very patient with my questions as well. Glad to be supported by this team of professionals throughout my little one's vax and journey growing up
