You’ll have more luck going to the walk in, urgent care or even the ER than getting a hold of Dr Akanihu. If you need a prescription renewed and it’s an emergency, good luck!!!! Give it at least 2 days and he might, he just might reply to your request or to the fax sent by your pharmacy. If you leave a message give them 2 weeks to a month to reply, or not reply at all.
We haven’t seen our doctor during the lockdowns and after covid ended, we called him to get an appointment. And they said that we don’t have any record of being patient there. We asked them to check with the doctor and call us back. Of course they didn’t return. I guess he fired us without giving a notice or anything. And now we can’t find a new doctor. Well, he wasn’t a good doctor anyway but still…

Impossible to get in touch with them by phone. To book an appointment, after few days calling, I had to go in person.
