Says open until 9:00pm but was closed at 6:00pm.
This is NOT open until 9! I travelled 30 minutes to come for urgent medical advice to have the cleaner tell me it’s closed. Apparently people rock up every night because google says it’s open until 9pm. Even the intercom at the door says call but clearly no one was there.
Closed after hours. Tried to call multiple times but the call gets answered and then there's silence. So I saw on the website that they are open till 9pm and take walk-ins, so drove there with sick kid, only to find it closed but all the lights on. No signs up to explain what's happening. Finally found a mobile number on the website that had a pre-recorded message explaining that they have a severe lack of GPs after hours due to covid and therefore is not open. Not the main number. Recorded message - literally saying don't leave a message as we find it hard to respond. Then have the option to leave a message.
Excellent service. Great staff. Brilliant doctor. Highly recommend this service.
