Took my car in with a leaky transmission and a promise to have it fixed within a week. 3 weeks later I finally get the call that it's done, only to have to wait another hour after I got there. I paid Doc nearly $2000 and drove the car for 2 weeks before it was leaking again. Took it back only to be told that the actual issue was something else entirely and he kept blaming "whoever worked on my radiator." I wouldn't recommend this "business " to my worst enemy. Overly priced
Worst customer service ever. Was told I had a 90 day warranty on the used transmission he sold me. Doc said he could not get parts to fix mine nor could he find a new one. Now after 2 months I am having Torque converter shudder. Well the wonderful JUNK YARD used from Kalamazoo says it was a 30 day no questions asked. It my receipt from doc says 90 day warranty. Doc says I might get some money back but they will not refund me for this Transmission. I guess I will need to call the state and report. He was more interested on wo... read more
