Don’t call them unless you can wait +5 months for them to come out. Called mid-December 2022 and have been calling and waiting for them until today, April 6, 2023, when we cancelled. No respect or gratitude for their customers. Called someone new and they are coming out on April 11th!

My mom called for a sewer cleaning got an appointment but no one gave a time they were coming. She called back a few days before and a man told her that they would not have scheduled a cleaning on that day and he was shorthand and a truck down, rude tone and ttfn told her to call someone else to do it. After many many years of working with them she called someone else. Not a great way to keep anyones business to be rude to customers!

Docs was recommend by a backhoe company to pump out my septic system. I had another company come out the year before who left the bottom 1/3 of solid waste at the bottom of my tank and told me it couldn't be removed. Doc's was able to remove all the waste this time and didn't dismiss or lie to me like the other company. They got the job done right!

I used them for a well and septic inspection for a home sale. I was told that the well casing was an inch too short, and not up to new codes. I was told that if any work needed to be done, it would cost $6,500 to replace the pump and bring it up to code. I owned the house for 17 years without any issues. One week after the inspection, the well pump failed. What an amazing coincidence. I called a well company out of Delafield who came out the same day. In building a new home, our builder has used Doc's for septic and mound systems. Unfortunately, due to an accident of a key employee, we needed to find someone else. Our builder found someone else and they picked up with what Doc's left off. Now, 18 months later and we are putting in a new motor. There's no baffle in the second compartment to stop solids entering the third compartment which pumps to the mound system.
