Staff is amazing very caring and nice and knowledgeable.
I go to this supposed urgent care with a rash all over my face!! There's a receptionist I guess tells me there's nobody in the office to see anyone that I could wait to use there tablet for a tele health smh I said noo.... I can't wait u don't see my face!!!? Soo she says I can make an appointment for u tomorrow tele health for 3pm nothing happens I call she has the nerve to say ohhh... I didn't know u were a new patient!!! After reading the bad reviews, I was a bit concerned. After all you can’t buy new eyes at macys. But.. it turned out very nice. The staff was very professional and the PA knowledgeable and caring. Thank you

I had a appointment lined up, couldn’t make it, tried to be courteous and call ahead, the lady answering the phone put me on hold for 25mins, I hung up and called back, all she did was say we are busy in the office pls hold, and then put me on hold again without even listening to me, I call back twice, same treatment, and then she stopped answering at all. Horrible customer service 👎👎👎 I will be making my primary doctor at a hole different medical facility. If I get treated this way before I even see a doctor I can only i... read more
