I had Doc's plumbing do the annual cleaning/service on my boiler unit. As usual Ted did an excellent job and was more thorough than the company that did the last service. I have used Doc's multiple times at this point, a few at the last place I was renting and this is the second time at my new house. Some of the things I like are how easy it is to set up an appointment, he keeps me updated the day of appointment and will message me when he's in route, and that he doesn't just fire the parts cannon on a problem or try up sell... read more

Called at 10pm on a Sunday, they were here by 11. Responsive, professional, prepared. I was walked through every step as it was happening, and even recieved follow up texts. Every question I had was answered without ego, and explained clearly. I can’t wait for a contractor to ask “you got a plumber?” I FINALLY have an answer. Recommend 100%

I anticipated a tenant and I had two bathrooms to repair, including a leaking toilet and two sinks. Ted was able to come on rare days I was home from my job, proving he was responsive to my needs. He installed two vanities and a toilet I had prepurchased and drew my attention to the flaw in one of them. We worked around the problem and I had the work done in time for my tenant to move in.

We provide mobile housing for disaster victims throughout the United States. This company made an appointment to inspect a job site for installation and delivery for our client that provides summer camp for disabled kids in E Jewett NY. They didn't show up, no follow-up call and no response to emails or text. No explanation or communication what-so-ever! This was one of the most unprofessional and unreliable contractors we have contacted throughout the United States. I hope the owner didn't die or something else drastic happ... read more
