If you are lucky enough to get one of the Doctors, Dr. Wilhelm Hofmeyr is my family doctor and I couldn't be more grateful. Excellent staff, great waiting room.
All the doctors here are fantastic, we are lucky to have them as our family doctors. However, the receptionists are always so damn rude. They always have the worst attitude whenever I see them and they never pick up the phone. I was left on hold for 20 minutes only to get an automated robot message to leave a message. There is nothing I hate more than my time being wasted, just do your damn job! Why are the telephone hours impossible for someone to call if they work a 9-5.
We have a wonderful doctor at Docs on the Bay. There are several doctors that have their practise here. The office staff is professional and helpful, and the office is well run.
The medical staff are constantly busy, yet give the utmost care and consideration. They have become friends as well as care givers.
