muffler I recently had a new muffler put on one of my vehicles at Docs Muffler on Division. They were able to get me right into the shop, no appointment, and they were quick and did a great job.
Mr. Brown I have had 3 exhaust sytems done at Docs on three different vehicles. I got the very best service, best price and materials. I did bring one back because it was too loud and they re-did the muffler at no charge. You can't beat that.
Muffler service Doc's Mufflers has great service, fast service and a good price. I liked their staff and got my new muffler on in no time flat. I highly recommend.
Beware! They lie and scam. They told me I needed an 02 sensor and they charged me $200 dollars. I asked them about the price because it seemed high. He told me it cost them $140 dollars just for the part. Stupid me, I believed them. My cost from the same parts store is $86, but they get an even better wholesale price. I called and complained and his new excuse is it is listed at $140 dollars from the parts store. Do not go there, it is a scam shop. If you are going to take your car into Doc's be sure not to call and ask how much it is going to cost. When I called the man on the phone told me a muffler replacement out the door would be $74.99. After calling into 3 other shops around the same area that was the best price so I went in. When I got there the two guys behind the little counter were nice enough but very condescending. The older one told me I had a misfiring spark plug and that wasn't something they could help me with. I told him there was a hole in my muffler... read more

Best shop in Spokane I recommend this shop to everybody, the guys in the shop are so helpful and honest. Also, the guys at Doc's were very easy to deal with. Not only is Doc's fast and friendly, it also offers cheap prices but still does high quality work. Once the installation was done (about an hour), I paid and they told me if there was any problem at all with the muffler come back and see them and they would fix it no charge.
