They do now answer the phones. I was placed on hold 5 different time within a 30 min time span and then I was disconnected. This is so discerning. I attended an appointment at their Bronx Facility and then they closed down leaving me with unanswered questions about my test results. It have been 2 weeks and I have not spoken to anyone.
Very easy and convienient. My kids get their physicals on weekends.That really helps
Both Dr. Youssef and Shanmugam are great. I am very satisfied.
Very good! I have been going ther for over 5 years and see Dr. Youssef and Dr. Sweeny. Thanks to them, I am healthy and strong at 68 years.
Don't bother. The receptionist stated the office did not accept checks and that I could not see a doctor unless I paid . States that she could not open or close the file even though I advised my co-pay is $25.00. Sorry-no money no doctor services. This is truly not patient oriented but money hungry!
