Hands down the worst experience I've ever had at an urgent care center. I chose this place because I was having trouble finding appointments to get covid testing. They had tons of available appointments, so I made three consecutive appointments for me and my two children (also had to bring my 1 year old along). So I show up with three young kids, fill out the paperwork for each, and then am told to wait in my car because it might be a while. We weren't seen until a full HOUR after our appointment time.
