Everyone inside the office was nice and helpful with my COVID -19 test but I was waiting for my results which they said would take a hour and I could review it online and 4 hours later it’s still pending I tried calling a half dozen times and nobody answers the phone. The Docs answering service operator answers and they are rude, breathing heavy every time they answer the phone they give you attitude and act like you are bothering them. This place is a mess. The bathroom was disgusting. It was very dirty. The lady doing my test had an attitude and she seemed in a bad mood. Their phones are always off so you can't talk to anybody about anything. My portal does not show any record of my Covid test and whenever I try to talk to someone all they say is go to the portal but it is not there! I was told the test takes 45 minutes...how can it just disappear?
