Doc’s Gym is a solid local spot with good equipment and a friendly atmosphere. The staff is helpful, and the gym feels clean and well-maintained. Plus, it’s open 24 hours, which is perfect for flexible workout schedules. Great place for regular workouts in Flora!

Haven't been in the area in a long time, and I came in today to get a month membership since Ill be in the area for a minute. The young lady at the desk was very polite and kind, and help me set up my account. Big fan of the 24/7 scan feature and that if for whatever reason I can't sleep or something, I can go get a workout in. This place has changed tremendously since the last time I was here. Haven't been since it moved into its new location. Until now, State of the art equipment. A variety of machines and free weights. Nice changing rooms/bathrooms. Music playing 24/7.
