I called ahead yesterday to make sure my prescription was filled and told it was. Went to drive up to get it and low & behold, NOT filled. I waited in line almost half an hour. The lady working the window had no idea what she was doing. She also snickered and told me she should make me pull back around. I did not comply. Think I'll be looking for new pharmacy
Our family has been going here for the last 20 years and in the last year or so the issues with losing scripts and never having scripts ready in a timely manner is just ridiculous. Sad. By timely manner I don't mean like 20 minutes or an hour but if I say I'll be back a few hours later and it's still not done .. come on..
