I have found the staff here, both pharmacy and retail, to be absolutely friendly, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. They have gone out of their way to help me find a particular item I'm looking for (or offer to order it if they don't carry it). They have never made suggestions alternate to those of my physicians without an inquiry for me (and I always figure I'm paying the doctor for his expertise, so I take my medical questions back to him/her -- the doctor has my records and past history to make educated judgements about... read more
If I could give negative stars I would. They staff is incredibly rude and uneducated or just plain stupid. They can actually be dangerous when they give advice or recommendations. After taking their advice I had a bad reaction and spoke to my doctor who told me to stop taking the OTC meds they recommended to take with my prescription meds. I almost ended up in an emergency room. They were very rude when told of this and had an heir of douchebaggerry TM. Doc's Drugs in Peotone is the bomb. They are one of the most helpful parts of my "medical care team". Always willing to help in any way. I'm gluten free and they have helped me find and ordered gluten free meds when I wasn't able to. And the pharmacy staff are warm, caring, friendly and upbeat.
