My wife had MRI done at this facility. I have no complaints. Rather appreciate their professional behavior. The place is neat. Reception ladies talked nicely. The technician was professional. She made a disk for me at my request, right away. There was Kurig coffee service too, although i didn't use. I recommend this place for testing. People working there should continue keep up with their good work. Peoples lives depend on your service.
I had an appointment on June 5, 2017. The young girl at the front desk was less than rude when she ignored me after I stood there with a simple question. She refused to take her eyes off of her computer screen until I finally said something to her. The other girls in the office were very nice and professional. That girl in the front doesn't need to be working with the public. Since she is the first person you talk to when you arrive, she needs to change her bad attitude.
I went for a MRI on my back and I am very claustrophobic they were very understanding. I have had to have those results sent to different doctors and found the staff and service to be excellent would prefer to use this location again. Kay Lawson April 11, 2016
Great Office!! – ^ Maybe if the doctor was from this country, it would have gone a lot smoother, Remember they don't want to get in trouble. First off, the staff was amazing! The office was well organized and they got me in and out very quickly. I would recommend DOCS to everyone. Great overall experience.
Unethical Horrible place!!! – We had family visiting from overseas and they needed time sensitive ultrasound, this office scheduled the app, we went on time, they first overcharged, then they had to refund and charge the correct fee. After long wait they told us they wouldn't do the ultrasound because the doctor's request ( even though was written in ENGLISH) was not good enough. HORRIBLE!!
