Would give negative stars if possible. Rude and the staff like to laugh at patients when they are financially struggling or embarrassed at the counter and trying to get help for specific problems from the doctor is impossible. You will be treated like you’re “all over the place” when just trying to make sure you don’t have skin cancer AGAIN.
Didn’t have to wait too long, everyone’s super friendly.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I don’t understand how they have almost 5 stars. You spend 90% of your time there in the waiting room. If you have a child you want to bring here I would look at other options. First off they can’t answer your phone calls and when they figure out how to pick up the phone they will say they will give you a call back and then don’t. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Great experience here. The doctor was super nice, as well as the receptionist however my daughter’s nurse was AMAZING. In and out in 30 minutes with a clear understanding of everything. Affordable too for out of pocket patients.
