Zero stars is what I wish I could give. I wasted a lot of cab fare to and from getting to her as I don't have a car. This was the first time I had to deal with Tara Lair. She came in before I was in the dressing gown, helped me get into it even though I wanted to do it myself (as though I were a child), and looked me over for 2 minutes, rattled off to me conditions that I had, but offered no help or advice; she simply gave me a card to go to someone else.
