I appreciate the convenience of the Goshen location. Mackenzie is awesome. She also takes care of my dad who has had multiple skin cancers and she does a fantastic job. Herr assistant Danielle is also wonderful and just as sweet as could be. My five star review is based on those two providers, however, the reception when you enter is about a two star. You never see a smile -the receptionist is all business. A warm welcome would be nice and is not a difficult thing to provide to your customers.
My 91yo mother was a patient here for her cancer screenings. This past week I took her for an appointment but it turned out she had the wrong day and time. The receptionist was very rude to her. This morning was the actual appointment, but she had a bad night and was unable to leave the house. It was very difficult to get ahold of them to reschedule, and when they finally called back they were rude again and seemed to only be connecerned about the cancellation fee. Our entire family no longer uses this facility because of new policies. I do not need a drs office on an auto pay bc someone else can't pay their bill. I know they have lost many GOOD PAYING customers because of this stupid enforcement you made because of others lack of responsibility.
Dr.Moore and his staff are some of the best Dermatologists around. I have been going to Dr. Moore for a long time and consider myself a faithful client. Recently when I needed to be looked at to check for cancer, the soonest I could see a Dr. Was three months. When you have what l I believe is Cancerous I can't afford to wait for three months to see a doctor! I need a reliable source to go to when I need to be checked over. They're still advertising for new clients while not being able to take care of their regular customers... read more
