I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the way my appointment was handled. I scheduled an appointment online and clearly indicated that I have Medicaid coverage. Shortly afterward, I received a call from your office informing me that my appointment had been canceled because you do not accept Medicaid. When I offered to pay out of pocket for the visit, I was told that this was not allowed and that your office could not accept payment from Medicaid patients.
