0 star — BEWARE: DO NOT COME HERE!! I deeply regret coming here. I had small surface stains on a few teeth that every previous dentist monitored and left alone, never cavities, just spots on hard enamel. Mind you I had these since a teen.. I had just moved and it had only been 6 months since my last dental visit when this dentist claimed I had cavities. I'm updating my Google Review. It's been over a year, and almost two years later, since they reimbursed the copay for my insurance. They scheduled me for a routine dental but because it wasn't the exact 6 months for a routine check-up, TriCare charged and penalized me to pay out of pocket. TriCare provided them a letter saying to honor my copay case. I've followed up with them and have already PCS'd out of state, but the finance manager's always on vacation or has never called back despite promising me. The dentist and offic... read more

Avoid at all costs. I should have. Like others have said they are sneaky and will lie and tell you one thing and next thing you know you have to come out of pocket a year later for expenses you had no idea existed. That’s shady to me. And the fact they only told me when my husband was retiring and we were leaving Travis makes me even more upset. We had to move our family across country, buy a home and look for jobs so this could of been dealt with a while ago not when we’re leaving the base and when I called Tricare they sai... read more
