My first visit went very smoothly from all the staff I encountered to my exam with Dr Kostro, they all had compassion and understanding of my needs and concerns.
My husband had gotten a second opinion after his first apt here, he came back to go forward with the prior treatment plan. However, they scheduled him for ANOTHER exam even though they had a treatment plan on file. After waiting 45 mins after the scheduled appointment time the dentist had no clue about my husbands case and aggressively pinched his lips asking if he felt it, in pain, my husband responded with “of course!”; needless to say that was not where the pain was….
