They don't care about the patient, and are incompetent. Avoid the phone and no one knows anything when you call the office manager is never in. Heartless joke that just keeps stringing you along. Have to jump through hoops with my insurance company to get things fixed. Update: 6 mo still trying to get a resolution. Please go somewhere else! When they screw up you have to get everything straightened out before you go to a real dentist office to fix their incompetents.
Do not go to this place, they’ll cancel on you the day before your appointment, is pretty normal for them do this all the time, I would understand maybe once or twice but this is almost the fifth time they’ve done this. Just don’t waste your time here and go somewhere else.
Dr holdunn did an amazing job pulling my tooth out. There was no pain at all from start to finish. Also the nurse Candice was perfect. Best customer care I’ve experienced and price shockingly reasonable.
The worst dental place i ever been i have been here two time there never one time they been on time the first time it was so log they still got me to the back that to took so long i left i'm going off based to find a better dentist 👋
First time visit with my 3 children and felt very comfortable the receptionist Kela was very polite and helpful even when I had to keep asking her questions she always had a smile When we got called to the back the young lady Emily who took X-rays and prepared my kiddos for the dentist was polite and helpful Definitely will be sticking with this place as long as we are here.
