Stellar staff, specially the Office Manager Kierah. Service was exceptional, extremely kind and considerate. Their level of empathy and willingness to listen must be noted. From the front desk staff, to the dental assistant, to the doctor, professionalism and lack of judgement was evident. I went in because of pain labeled as an emergency, and they quickly responded to find the issue. Submitted a referral out to assist me with what was needed. The Ladies are excellent and the attention to details is the difference. The glue to the office is Mrs. Samantha. They will keep your on schedule and on time!
A huge thanks to Samantha at Docs Dental on Ft. Meade. She was super friendly, funny, and easily approachable. She understood my concerns and timeline. She cut through the red tape and got me in immediately! Everyone I encountered behind the desk, were equally as friendly and supportive.
