I specifically asked if my cleaning would be covered by my insurance, was told it would be covered completely, and guess what - I’m now on the line for a bill over 200$ and they have been back and forth for months with me about it - they still refuse to acknowledge that this was their fault (and if they did acknowledge it, my bill still exists). They bring it to the “higher-ups” and it seems like nothing happens. Would caution future customers to completely understand your coverage network, because they don’t and will refuse... read more
