I’d leave zero stars if I could. This is hands down one of the worst dental offices I have ever visited. I have been going to them since January of this year and had nothing but good services until my most recent visit on 5/2. When I got there I found out they had got a new dentist and clearly everyone in the office was new. The girl at the front desk is rude and clueless, and even after the fact I can’t get her the answer the phone it’s almost like she is intentionally ignoring my phone call. I am extremely disappointed in my experience with this office. After only two exams and one cleaning, they suddenly claimed I needed an expensive deep cleaning procedure due to “gum levels”—something no previous dentist ever mentioned. Despite TRICARE already approving and covering my dental care, they tried to charge me over $200 in copays for a service that seemed more about generating revenue than genuine patient need.
