I had a very disappointing experience with the dentist Dr. Manda Sushmitha during my visit. I repeatedly explained the area that was bothering me, but I felt like my concerns were dismissed instead of being taken seriously. That said, I want to give a huge thank you to Kristen, the hygienist, as well as T, the dental assistant, and Gaudy, the lead dental assistant. The staff at Doc's dental is an amazing group of people! They have been wonderful with my children and the work I received from Dr. Barasch is beyond phenomenal. I have started to smile (showing all my teeth) for the first time in four years. 🦷
**update to my review since the office begged me to leave a good review due to a competition with other offices. I do NOT recommend coming here. I have been back and forth since July regarding pricing for work I needed done. I have been waiting since July for clear answers and I am owed hundreds of dollars in overpayment which they have refused to pay back. You guys are awesome!
It’s been almost a year and I still haven’t received my refund for a permanent crown that was never completed. Each time I call, the current staff blames previous staff and promises a callvack, which never happens. They were quick to ask for payment upfront, but getting a refund has been extremely frustrating.
