Garbage office, honestly I wish they would just get rid of it. Don’t come on our Military base and screw people out of money! So many times have a had to e mail the district manager because of things they did or tried to do.
Review update 4/16/25 Hygienist Kristen a year ago and today is still earning 5 stars from me! She is very kind and she explains things thoroughly. I had seen some bad reviews from when they first opened up and was wary of coming here. I had a cleaning and some fillings done here. Everyone is so friendly and professional! Highly recommend!
Would totally give this place 5 stars, but as with all business there are ups and downs. The ups far outweigh the downs and what I have found out is communication is key. I have had appointments cancelled, I have canceled appointments. I have had cleanings, major work, and emergency work all done here. The back of the house staff has all been kind and even when breaking bad news, their bedside manner is outstanding. I just had my first appointment with them last week for a routine cleaning. Staff was AMAZING! Very friendly, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be continuing my care during my time here in NJ.
