My daughter was scheduled for an appointment 8/3 that was cancelled as we were driving in, which we rescheduled for 8/21. Arrived to clinic on 8/21 to find out this appointment had also been cancelled without any contact. I do not recommend this office.

We’ve been trying to contact them to do a follow up regarding our refund request for like 3 months and now they dont bother to respond anymore. Its been 4 months since we’re been trying to get refund on the charge of my daughter’s braces because we about to PCS to oconus that time, now we’re here on my new duty station on oconus and still no news regarding our refund and now they dont reply to us anymore. I guess my next step is to talk to my leadership or legal if they can help our situation.

Worse ever dental clinic poor service, I do not recommended cancelled my appointment 3 times for cleaning, under staff according to office clerk,, 3rd time they cancelled my appointment they were out of my sight , don’t go there

The “Interim” office manager NINA is extremely confrontational and aggressive. She will over-talk you, blame you, blame the previous managers (never an issue) and either force you to what she wants or delay your care. Been a patient here since the day they opened and she is what will drive my family away. Is she stays we will likely go and make sure every other Soldier who asks about here knows how it currently is under her management. This review will most likely change if she leaves or changes how she treats patients.
