Receptionist was so unhelpful. One word answers, would not elaborate. She sounded bored and pained, as if doing me a favor with each breath rather than doing her job.
I love this place. I walked in with a lot stress I received from other offices and left feeling great. Others gave me very expensive quotes on crowns and fillings but here I was very satisfied with their approach and professionalism. Great staff and professional dentists!
Wasted an emergency visit to replace a cracked filling that I’ve had since I was a child. The dentist suggested replacing filling. Root canal. And a crown. A total of $888. And because I chose to only do the filling he refused to do it. And had them schedule me for Monday to allow me 2 more days of discomfort. He is literally sitting in front of a computer scrolling on his phone. I guess regular fillings are beneath him. I highly advise against this office for braces. We have had repeated problems with brackets coming off due to the glue not holding and due to no fault of my child. The orthodontist is hardly ever there so you can only be seen on certain days and there’s no emergency protocol for stuff coming off or breaking for you to be seen as soon as possible. Staff and service is amazing. But my issue is my daughter had spacers and just wasn’t the right time, so we canceled the plan we had and wanted a refund. Staff in office did everything they could, but the higher up people to process the refund and send my check and so unprofessional and it’s been going on 3 months. No answers and still haven’t received my refund over $500!
