Horrible service as soon as I called he had an attitude was not helpful and instead of having a professional service voice he was loud and rude. Don’t like your job then quit!
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this business due to the owner's rude and unprofessional behavior. I witnessed behavior that was discriminatory and completely unacceptable. I strongly urge others to reconsider supporting a company that does not value professionalism and inclusivity.
This company is wonderful. Staff is great. I went to Cowboys bail bonds and they were charging me a lot more to get my husband out of jail. I have great credit and they still wanted to over charge me. I went to Docs and he had my husband out in an hour no extra fuss no judgment. thanks to them husband back at work.
I went to bail family member out and the lady looked at me crazy when I told her I didn’t have a job. This was the Garland location. She said well then you can’t bail him out. Ummm why not I am paying you in full 10% and you never said that was a qualification when I called and asked what was needed and required. Seems like she made the rule up as she went.
