Unbelievable service. My truck wouldn’t start at a gas station in town. Had it towed to Docs. Within an hour it was diagnosed as a defective starter motor. They had to order in the starter in a snow storm. I had a call 2 hours later that it was repaired and ready to be picked up. Excellent customer service and very reasonable prices. I will be using Docs if I need service in the future.
Reasonable price and overall good experience
Have brought the car in 2 times to Doc's. So far they've treated me fairly. I don't feel the usual anxiety I do for car repairs. Car repairs always suck. Thanks to Doc's for taking the sting out of it. When they tell me I need the work done I have no second thoughts and trust them. Thanks again for the great experience.
I cannot say enough about John, Kristina and Cody. When I moved here 2 years ago I needed to find a mechanic. Grateful to have found Doc’s. Work is done efficiently and rates are reasonable. No upselling. No surprises after work is done. Honest. From the moment I walked in the door and anyone that walks in when I am there, we are all treated like family.
