Doc's is amazing. I pulled into the Sobeys in fenelon falls at 11:30 on the Friday of a long weekend on the way to the trailer and realized my truck was gushing transmission fluid. Called docs and my truck was on the hoist within 10 minutes. They had me fixed up and on my way by 3pm. Turned a possible disaster into a minor delay. Fair price and incredible service!
They are very reasonable in pricing. I have never been over charge for services. Kristina is prompt at getting the parts in and informative on possible options. Cody is always professional and informative with any repairs needed. They also have a great sense of humour. I have been going there for years now.
Unbelievable service. My truck wouldn’t start at a gas station in town. Had it towed to Docs. Within an hour it was diagnosed as a defective starter motor. They had to order in the starter in a snow storm. I had a call 2 hours later that it was repaired and ready to be picked up. Excellent customer service and very reasonable prices. I will be using Docs if I need service in the future.
Reasonable price and overall good experience
