The staff were super informative and incredibly friendly. As they are the only Tesla approved shop in Chilliwack at this time, they really impressed me and my wife with the care and service provided. After the initial assessment, they had told me that parts will be ordered and I would be contacted once all parts are obtained to minimize the time away from my vehicle. Had my side door repaired roughly 9 months ago they used to be a good body shop new ownership now it was OK, but not the greatest was disappointed I wouldn't go back communicating was bad. They're not the worst but they're not the greatest either. And the courtesy car wasn't clean. ☹️
