I cannot be happier with the service I received and the quality of work done. Thank you very much to the team at docs. I felt like Icbc was to busy for my small claim, When I had questions, the doc staff was able to answer and made me feel that my claim was not too small and helped me every step of the way.
I would highly recommend this business. The staff were super friendly, communication was excellent, and the courtesy car suited us very well for a week while our car was repaired. My car was returned and the manager took the time to walk me around the vehicle to show me what was done. In addition and completely unexpected, they cleaned my car inside and out. I would definitely return and recommend to family and friends.
I was happy with my first experience at Docs so I tried to be a loyal customer. From the condescending receptionist to the customer service I received, I wouldn’t recommend it and will not be back! Clearly they only take jobs that are convenient for them.
