Casey, Rachel, and the shop team brought my 2019 Cruze back to life after a collision plus vandalism. Minimal down time, great communication, and wicked results. Even an interior detail was performed which I was not expecting. 10/10 work by Doc’s
They did a fantastic job on the repairs for my Tesla. They kept me in the loop, especially near the end when it was the Tesla software that was holding up the repairs. Casey, the manager was phenomenal and the receptionist was also very helpful. They were cost effective, and fair throughout the whole process. As the only certified auto body shop for Tesla in Chilliwack, they are a great choice.
i had an icbc claim with my truck that also required some mechanical work apart from the body work. Doc Autobody managed the entire claim and advocated for me to make sure I had the best outcome with ICBC. Very impressed with their customer service, communication and professionalism. The body work as well was top notch. Highly Recommend!
