I'll tell you this, Quinn is always truthful and tells you what is wrong and what needs done. Hard to find that. He will work with you in getting the job done Right the first time. I would recommend his shop to anyone. TOP NOTCH
This place is trash. As a female, they definitely know how to play stupid! I have AWD and I thought I needed four new tires and they said no, just the two front ones needed replaced, kept saying it doesn't need all 4. Well it did because it's awd and now my transmission is going because of these idiots! I will never go back to such a place!
Everytime I brought my truck in for upwards of two years for other maintenance I asked them to look at the grinding noise on my rear end and they ignored it until my brakes failed and shredded a full set of rotors, took it in with this problem, told them what happened and all they did was change pads and rotors and now I have a brand new set of ruined rotors because they still didn't fix my issue. Unbelievably unprofessional and utterly disappointed in their negligence
They put almost all new parts on my vehicle and had it 2 months. Took it to a different mechanic he said its the mother board. That took 5 minutes and no charge. Waste of money and time.
