Absolute life savers. I needed to have a dock deicer installed due to a bad incoming freeze. Called dockworks at 2pm on a Friday and they were able to get one installed for me within an hour. Great service and really helped me out in a time of need. Will definitely be using these guys again in the future.
They aren't on the approved dock companies. Look it up. I attached a photo to show you to save you some time. Stay away before you waste any more money or endanger a life. Seriously.
Terrible terrible customer service, they cut corners, the welds suck, their docks fall papart, stiff arms dont get installed, constant re-work, angry people, an a business that competition is so much better than this company. All there staff are new. The business needs time to fix all there issues or shut down. Looks like many organizations need to step into helping making this business better.
We placed an order with DockWorks for a custom dock that I designed at the end of March 2024 with an install date before 4th of July. The dock included a recessed swim platform, custom mount for palm trees, PWC slips and a boat slip. Dock was installed July 3rd. I then ordered an extension to move the shed back 4' and it was installed a month earlier than quoted. Quality and finish looks excellent and I was able to work with the DockWorks crew for some specific custom things that we wanted. We are very happy with our dock.
Dock works llc would be my first choice due to the craftsmanship of their product you can go anywhere on the lake of Ozarks and see their products for yourself and the staff is friendly. So stop by meet the staff and see the work being done for yourself and tell them ray sent ya.
