Maxine and the service dept were amazing!! Their knowledge helped to quickly identify a sound which turned out to be an issue covered under warranty. I had brought my Crosstrek to another Subaru dealer before and they couldn't figure it out. Maxine's great professionalism and communication kept me in loop and updated through the process. Great experience!! I'll definitely be buying my next Subaru from this dealership!
They be throwing traded in mid ranges to customer at almost new prices while sales manager with no awareness to how to handle their below staff politely. Finance team definitely deals with bank of monopoly game 🎲 , bad at their negotiation duties and simple interest rate calculation. If you are considering to be customer then go with brand new Texas instrument, bcoz finance team definitely will make 2-3 mistakes ➕➖✖️. Maybe intentional or maybe their equation of math are different.

Horrible Experience – Avoid This Dealership, worst customer service experience !!! - If I could give zero stars, definitely I would.
