Came here for service on my new BRZ and found the whole experience much better than Richmond Subaru even though they are both Dilawri. Richmond Subaru was low class, scammy, and rude - treated my car very poorly at its first service. This place was fast polite, and treated my car with care, even offering to wash and vacuum it for free, although I declined. Strongly recommend this place over Richmond Subaru.
I cannot give them a high rate. I bought a car one year ago as my first car. They provide a used car with abnormal mileage in the CARFAX history, which caused a big issue when I had to rush with selling my car and go to another city. What are their inspection team doing?

I had a disappointing experience at Don Docksteader Subaru. The sales manager used shady tactics like discounting the price but adding inflated fees to get every cent of the initial discount back ($699 doc, $699 admin, $999 gap coverage, + $800 in unexplained fees). He was inconsistent, unwilling to negotiate, and dismissive of an independent inspection that found worn tires, rust, and maintenance needs.
