I practically never do reviews, but I have to say, I was most impressed working with Sebastian. He was at all times, pleasant and polite. He was attentive to my needs and clearly is a good listener. I recently bought a Subaru Forester from Docksteader Subaru and have written and called three times to ask questions and get help, with no replies!! Zero customer service skills! Also disappointed with the storage in this 2018 Subaru. I have had three Foresters, 1999, 2001, and now a 2018. No pocket on back of drivers seat, no closing storage spot on dashboard, and the cubbies in the back don’t really exist to hold things. I mean what are this holes good for. Everything slides out! Our daughter purchased a Jeep from this dealership in early march. A six month warranty was pomised but was never provided. The dealership also failed to deliver a soft top and summer tires that were to be supplied after pickup. Repeated calls and emails to the sales person (Mikey) have gone unanswered. When contact was finally made, he committed to sending the delivery paperwork as well as revise warranty but did not follow through. I found a used Subaru Outback at Docksteader Subaru on Autotrader. Sebastian, the salesman, made the whole process very smooth, including answering all my questions, arranging for pick up from the airport, going with me for a test drive, and walking me through all the details and functionality of the vehicle. Great customer service! Very happy.
