Terrible experience. Avoid this dealership. Falsely advertising vehicles and making inappropriate comments towards customers, extremely unprofessional. After asking for an inspection on one of the vehicles they lied and said it had sold, they don’t like doing business with customers who do a proper background check on the vehicle. Don’t waste your time or money here.
I came in to test drive a 2024 BRZ and Jonathan made the process really simple. We worked out a deal for a new order that required a non-refundable deposit but I wasn’t fully sure about the spec since the order was for a 2026 model. Dusty, the general sales manager, gave me his word that they’d refund the deposit if I decided I was unhappy with the order. Went there to check a car, and decided on a different model and different dealership. They since then bombard me with marketing SMS and Emails. Tried to unsubscribe, but they don't stop. Also, when went there, the service was very robotic and very "Sales" fake, so if you're okay with sales people being the most "Salesy" people you ever seen and them becoming spammers, then go there. I'm sure most of the positive reviews are fake.
The car is great, and the service center is great too, but the process of buying my car out from the dealership was nothing short of disappointing. I made it clear that I intended to buy the car out, yet I received multiple calls and emails about upgrading to a new car, including the CEO personally calling me to sell me a new lease. Then the finance manager changed the total cost of the car by upwards of $800 the night before I was set to come by and hand over a money order.
