This was the best experience I have ever had renting a boat. The service was impeccable! They helped us get our stuff on and off the boat. Had a cooler of fresh ice for us to borrow and a texting service that allowed for easy communication. I loved that we were able to let them know when we were coming into dock so they could ease us into the slip. It really took all the stress out of docking. I would recommend them to everyone!
Had a wonderful experience with this company. Easy booking and great communication prior to our rental date. Very helpful with loading the boat and nice tutorial about operating the boat and the lake itself. This is the only way I would do this--they are right on Torch Lake. They meet you at your car and load your items for you. You can come back into the dock for bathroom breaks and to pick up food. Made it really simple for people who weren't very experienced with boats.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a great day out on the boat. It was clean and in great condition. Will definitely rent from them again when we come back.
