We recently made a pontoon reservation at Torch Lake with Dockside Water Sports for our family vacation. We are no boat owners, however we have quite a bit of experience renting boats year over year and Dockside Water Sports is hands down the most organized boating business we have ever experienced. A team member met us in the parking area to greet and directed us to check in, while other team members came with a small carrier for all of our things! Our pontoon rental experience was exceptional. The reservation process was easy, communication via emails prior to the rental were timely and very understandable, and the staff was cordial and helpful. Definitely would rent from them again.

Great experience ALL around with our pontoon rental. The upfront office staff, help loading our stuff, boat tutorial (Christian) , help docking, etc. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking to rent.
