Bison Wellington and the Korean beef bowl were 10/10!
Food was amazing, service was also wonderful, nice views. Got the steak/prawns and it was one of the best steaks I’ve had.
This is a solid 4+. This is the family friendly sibling to Blackfin Pub. Clean and modern property; and clean and stocked washrooms. The kitchen is open until 900pm. If weather is good and patio is open ask for it; mountain and water views. Courteous and competent staff. They check on you just enough. The food is tasty and the portions are generous. The pricing is just right. Lingcod fish and chips, seared tuna, summer salad, seafood linguine and poke tostada. Worth a visit if your are in Courtnay or Comox.
Sotting outside on a warm summer evening was lovely. Unfortunately the service was a little off and the food was very underwhelming. Surprising given how consistently the Black Fin delivers.
