Delicious bagel sandwiches, açaí bowls, protein balls, iced coffee, and iced lattes! We made a point to swing back later in the day to order more coffee! Owner was incredibly sweet!
Came here for the first time yesterday. We were 4 adults and 4 kids. We got a table right away and loved the atmosphere. There was great live music that we enjoyed while we looked at the bay. The service was quick and our food and smoothies were delicious. What a perfect spot- can’t wait to come back! Also the positive hand written notes that come with your order is such a lovely touch.
My family has been going to this place every so often for a few years and we’ve had mixed experiences. It’s on the pricey side ($17 for some sandwiches/ salads alone), and food quality varies. Wait times for your food can be 30+ minutes (particularly on weekends) and the smoothies come out tasting like straight protein powder even when you ask for them to halve it. Still, friendly staff and the owner is so sweet. Their strawberry matcha is delicious.
I can’t say enough good things about the quality of the food smoothies and pressed juices! Oh and the chocolate chip energy bites are beyond fantastic The staff is the best is in Sea Isle It’s my new daily spot!
