Delivered a Skeeter Boat here. Easy access in and out.
Brand new motor 30 hours. Brought it in for a service issue. They didn’t even try to submit a warranty claim. Had to pay out of pocket. What’s the point in buying a new motor if they aren’t gonna warranty it when it breaks. I had to call Yamaha to file a dispute. Apparently this isn’t the first time they have done this. Might as well buy the parts and fix it yourself so you don’t have to wait 2-3 weeks for them to even look at it. Just bought a new boat motor, they installed it on our boat had us fixed up and ready for the water at a very reasonable price. If I call with questions they are always ready to help. Wonderful friendly welcoming staff. I will recommend them to anyone.
